The most common advice during the COVID-19 pandemic has been social distancing. Be sure you maintain distance between yourself and others to make sure you keep yourself and your community safe.

But for parents, especially those with young kids, this has led to the complete opposite of distance between us and our kids. We have now been together for 13 weeks with almost no contact with anyone but our family of four.

I will admit that, while I have been enjoying this extended family time, sometimes a little distance sounds like a good idea!
