In this piece, a distracted mother is caught between her tasks as a mom and an artist. Some of the things that often need my attention are written on the background with my children’s cries for “Mommy” sprinkled in. An audio recording of my children calling for me can be heard if the viewer pushes a button on the bottom of the piece.
