Delores is a grandmother living at the YWCA Residence in White Plains. Until she was vaccinated, she was mostly stuck in her room alone, leaving only to get food and return. Delores desperately missed her family longed to see her family in person. In this piece, her family in the border is mostly static, longing for connection and waiting until they can be together again.
